Ordering Questions

Have questions about how your order will be processed? Interesting in knowing when you’ll receive your order? Have another question? Then this page is for you. We’ve been doing mail order for over 30 years, so we know how to process orders quickly and efficiently.

How long before I receive my order? Most orders are received by our customers within 2 to 3 days. It all depends on when you placed the order, where you are located and what warehouse the track is located in. Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and Sunday at 12 midnight are processed on Monday. Most other orders are either processed the same day or within 24 business hours.

How will my snowmobile track order be shipped? – In most cases we use UPS or Fedex ground with tracking. Orders shipping to Alaska are sent USPS priority mail with tracking. Orders over $700 are sent with signature required which means an adult must sign for the package.

I made a mistake when ordering, what do I do? – If you make a mistake then contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to fix the problem.

The snowmobile track I ordered doesn’t fit, what do I do? – If you receive a track and it does not fit, you need to contact us (see link above). You can certainly make a return or exchange.

Can I pick up the track in person? – Sure you can pickup the track in person. Make sure you contact us before hand as we use warehouses all across the United States to store track inventory. We need to make sure the specific track you want is at our main facility in Port Crane, NY.
